1. Q) How do I use the RFP Manager? A) First you need to sign up and register. You can do so by clicking on the "Login/Signup" button above. Enter your information and you will receive a validation e-mail in the e-mail address you provided. Open the e-mail and click the link inside to validate your account.

Once your account is validated you can then view the RFP and documents posted by the La Quinta RFP Manager. Browse and view the RFPs and for those RFPs you plan to bid on make sure to hit "Intend to Bid" and fill out the necessary forms.
You can view RFPs and documents you intended to bid on by clicking on "My Bid Requests". You can also cancel your intent to propose by viewing

2. Q) How do I download RFPs and documents from the site? A) First register and log into the La Quinta RFP Manager. Then browse through the available files by clicking on "Documents". Click on the name of a RFP for more details. A link will be provided to download the file for your viewing.
3. Q) What program do I use to view files I've downloaded? A) You will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Word or an equivalent program such as Open Officer Writer or simply the Microsoft Word Viewer. You may also need a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel, Open Office Calc or Excel Viewer. In addition, you may need a PowerPoint presentation viewer; Microsoft Powerpoint or Open Office Impress. You can find links for the respective software below.
4. Q) I've lost my login information, where can I get a reminder? A) You may get a reminder for your login or password by going to the "Login/Signup" page and hitting "Forgot Login?".
5. Q) How can I bid on a job? A) View and/or purchase sets of bidding documents by going to http://www.planitplans.com for more information.

6. Q) How do I edit my user account details?A) When logged in, simply click the "My Details" button that will become available in the top menu.
7. Q) Where do I go to cancel my intent to propose? A) If you need to cancel your intent to propose you will need to go to "My Proposal Requests" and then click on the project you need to cancel on. At the bottom of the project details will be a button to cancel.
